The course is called “校園華語即溶列車”. What does “即溶” mean here?
When it comes to the
word, 即溶, we might think of instant coffee. The reason why the
course has its name is that instant coffee doesn’t taste too different from
regular coffee, despite the fact that it is convenient to make. Furthermore, we
utilize the similarity between its pronunciation and that of “blend in” in
Chinese to suggest that the course can help you swiftly adapt to university
life in Taiwan. We expect learners to get used to life on campus faster after
their self-learning through the classes. We invite you all to take the express
train. Enjoy the journey learning campus Mandarin. Each unit in the course
lasts for about 60 minutes. Here is the course outline:
Course level for learners
We suggest that
Mandarin learners who are at TOCFL Band A level 2 and Band B level 3 take the
course. However, any of those who would like to know about how Mandarin can be
used in school life is also welcome to join us. This course will be online in
November 2021, so stay tuned.
